PMRoadie software, user interface, visual design, design system, documentation, marketing copy, website content, logos, brand names, and other materials we provide (excluding your User Content) are owned by PMRoadie or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works of our proprietary materials except as expressly allowed in our Terms of Use or with our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of your User Content and customer data you submit. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to operate the Service as described in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
We grant you a limited license to use the Service in accordance with our Terms. That license does not grant a license to our underlying IP except as necessary to use the Service in normal operation.
Suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by us to improve products without obligation to you, as set out in our Terms of Use.
If you believe material on our Services infringes your rights, contact us with: identification of the work; identification of the material and its location; your contact details; a statement of good faith; and a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury where required by law.
We may remove or disable content in appropriate circumstances. We may terminate repeat infringers where appropriate.
