A full Data Processing Addendum (DPA) or similar terms may be negotiated for enterprise customers with specific regulatory or compliance obligations.

Until a separate DPA is signed by both parties, this page does not create processor obligations beyond what is described in our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
