Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets expectations for using PMRoadie. It works together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.

Lawful use

You may use the Services only in compliance with applicable law and applicable agreements with your employer or clients.

No abuse, harm, or deception

The following conduct is prohibited:

  • No harassment, hate speech, threats, or exploitation of others.
  • No spam, phishing, or fraudulent activity.
  • No distribution of malware, harmful code, or exploits.
  • No impersonation of PMRoadie, staff, or other users.

No unauthorized access or interference

You must not:

  • Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without authorization.
  • Do not bypass or attempt to bypass authentication or access controls.
  • Do not interfere with or degrade the Service for others (for example, denial-of-service style behavior).

Automation, scraping, and reverse engineering

Do not use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Services without our prior written permission, except as allowed by law. Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual property and misleading use

Do not use the Services to infringe third-party intellectual property or to misrepresent affiliation with any person or entity. Respect our branding and trademark guidelines as published on our site.

Security incidents

If you discover a security vulnerability, report it responsibly using the contact channel described in our Security & Trust page (or Contact page if none is listed). Do not publicly disclose issues before we have had a reasonable time to respond.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access. We may involve law enforcement where required.
